At Attivus, every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure you receive the best quality. However, if you face any issues, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Product sizes are clearly mentioned in the description — please verify before ordering. Returns due to size or fitting issues are not eligible.
- A clear unboxing video (full 360° view) is mandatory as proof for any damage or defect claims.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings, Nose Pins, Naths, Toe Rings, Body Piercing Jewellery
- Hair Accessories, Face Masks
- Gift Cards, and Personal Care Products
Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to photography or lighting are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
- The customer will bear a return shipping cost of ₹120, which will be deducted from the refund
- Please do not send items back to the manufacturer Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank or card provider — some processing time may

Sale & Discounted Items
Only products purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale, clearance, and discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If the same product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.
